Ryan Sailsman is a fully qualified RIBA architect from the UK based in Dubai. Ryan studied at Kingston college where he developed a background in fashion and eventually Westminster university where he received his undergraduate and masters degree's. He later completed his chartered post graduate degree (part III) with the Royal Institute of British Architects in Dubai. Throughout his career so far he has worked in the Middle East and in the UK whilst contributing to projects from Greece to Jamaica. 

"I believe design is not linear and to bind it would be a mistake, we live in a multicultural society where diversity should be celebrated and the same goes for my view of architecture and design. I believe that with the right context, schooling, creativity and experience an architect can navigate different design disciplines learning whilst adding to our own design principles. These principals can be applied to all facets of design, knowing when to apply them is a skill. at RSDS we do not shirk from displaying creative prowess, whether that is designing a toothbrush, flyer or multi-story building. Our aim at RSDS is to be prepared and well versed for it all".

RSDS is a company based out of Dubai aiming to provide a full creative service over several disciplines to our clients. Established in 2017, our small company has grown and worked with well established market leaders and private clients alike to help produce amazing instances of design that everyone involved can be proud of. 

We want to maintain a friendly working relationship with everyone we encounter, though our main goal is to uphold the design we are producing. The main aim of the company is to work with our clients develop their vision whilst adding our knowledge and most importantly our design flare.
